Reusable gel packs
A classic hot and cold pack is a sealed vinyl or film pouch filled with gel that stays soft when frozen. It can be reused many times. Mini packs fit a first aid kit or a lunch box; larger rectangles cover a back or a shoulder.
Heating
Packs marked hot and cold can be warmed in a microwave or in hot water. Follow the heating time on the product page; overheating can burst the pack.
